Set in the charming village of Assagao, North Goa, El Sueño Twin Villas are 3BHK luxury villas designed as soulful second homes. The interiors draw from Wabi-Sabi design principles, blending minimal aesthetics with tropical warmth.
Executed as a turnkey villa interior project in Goa, the villas feature custom teak and cane furniture, raw stone bathrooms, modern modular kitchens, and outdoor decks with lounge seating. Designed for NRIs and second-home buyers, these homes reflect a balance of luxury, simplicity, and tropical living in Assagao.
