The Colva Twin Villas tell the story of renewal a 15-year-old villa refurbished and transformed into a modern coastal retreat for an NRI client. Designed entirely through online collaboration, the project demonstrates how Aks Design Co blends heritage, lifestyle needs, and global design sensibilities to breathe life back into an old structure.
The interiors are crafted in a Mexican-inspired style earthy textures, arched niches, warm terracotta tones, and custom teakwood furniture — giving the villa a bold yet soulful identity. Every design decision was made to respect the old structure while creating a home that feels new, functional, and timeless.
