The Niwas Residence is a home that celebrates Goa’s layered cultural heritage through design. Rooted in the Indian-Portuguese architectural style, this residence blends arched openings, patterned flooring, carved wood furniture, and earthy wall tones with modern comforts and layouts.



Each space reflects the philosophy of timeless tropical living: airy, sunlit rooms, cross-ventilated layouts, and handcrafted details. While deeply inspired by heritage, the interiors maintain the functionality and refinement needed for a contemporary family lifestyle.
