Owned by a UK-based dentist, the 15–20-year-old home had been untouched for years and was fully revamped in five months to suit the client’s vision of a relaxed, beach-inspired escape.
The previously closed-off kitchen was opened up with a central counter, while both bathrooms were completely redone with stucco walls, brass-finish fittings, and touches of rattan for warmth.
Custom furniture, a cohesive blue palette, and key structural fixes—including addressing balcony seepage—helped transform the space into a welcoming and functional holiday home.
