Home to a family of four, the 15–20-year-old structure was originally built in a haphazard way, requiring extensive renovation and reconfiguration to improve flow and usability.
Over six months, the design team added 900 sq ft of new living, dining, and kitchen space by enclosing the open terrace, while working within the structural limitations of the aging building.
All MEP services—mechanical, electrical, and plumbing—were redone, with interiors featuring a mix of traditional finishes and modern elements like wallpaper, stucco walls, cove lighting, and a reimagined kids’ bedroom.
