Perched on a serene one-acre hillside in Himachal, The French Chateau is a 128-year-old estate restored for a Delhi-based client. Divided into a main villa with five rooms and a two-bedroom outhouse, the project blends heritage charm with modern-day comfort.

The original flooring was preserved and the 27-foot-high wooden ceilings were carefully restored, maintaining the estate’s old-world character.
Interiors were redesigned for elegance and easy maintenance, with all MEP services completely overhauled for modern living.
Key new features include a 15-foot-high outdoor deck around a tree with panoramic valley views, a cozy bonfire area, and a custom 10ft x 4ft epoxy dining table weighing 130 kgs.
